0.1 Precautions for usage environment and conditions
(1) Do not use in flammable gas environments; Do not use in iron filings, oil, water, or dust;
(2) Avoid exposure to scorching sun or high temperatures, and the operating temperature must be within the range of 0 ° C to 40 ° C;
(3) Stay away from strong acids, strong bases, and chemicals;
(4) The signal line of the grating ruler should be kept as far away from the power line as possible;
(5) When used in environments with high voltage, high current, strong magnetic fields, etc., attention should be paid to the installation method, noise isolation work should be done well, and signal interference should be avoided.

0.2 Other precautions
(1) When designing and using, attention should be paid to the coordination of installation interfaces and electrical signal interfaces;
(2) Do not place heavy objects on the signal line. If the signal line is too long, tie up and fix the excess parts to avoid affecting the operation path of personnel and machinery equipment;
(3) Before use, confirm that the grating ruler signal line connector is securely connected to the corresponding interface;
(4) The purpose of the grating ruler must be designed according to the effective stroke to avoid over stroke and damage during use;
(5) Avoid debris accumulation on the ruler and at the path of the reading head or ruler body;
(6) Do not unplug the signal cable connector of the grating ruler before turning off the power.

0.3 Daily maintenance
(1) After opening the box, check if it is in good condition. If there are any missing parts or related maintenance issues, immediately contact our company or dealer for handling. Do not disassemble and repair it yourself;
(2) Do not use strong force or strong air to clean the debris on or around the reading head or ruler body to prevent debris from falling into the interior of the ruler body; The debris should be cleaned and removed with a soft cloth.
